Indy Singh, the Executive Chairman of Fiducian Group, is a visionary leader with decades of experience in the financial services industry. As the founder of Fiducian, Indy has been instrumental in shaping the company's commitment to delivering high-quality financial advice, development of our successful investment process; the Manage the Manager System, and is the driving force behind Fiducian’s family culture.
Under his leadership, Fiducian has grown into a trusted name in wealth management, known for its integrity, trust and expertise. Indy's dedication to excellence and his deep understanding of the financial services landscape continue to spearhead Fiducian's success and growth, making him a respected figure in the industry.

A CPA accountant for over 30 years, Frank Khouri owns and operates a successful Accounting Practice and Fiducian Financial Services Franchise in Windsor (NSW) where he is an Authorised Representative. A Registered Company Auditor for 24 years, he is also an active member of the Board’s audit committees.

Kerry Skellern was appointed as a director of Fiducian Group Limited on 1 June 2023. Kerry has held non-executive director and chair roles in the building, infrastructure and aged care sectors, with extensive experience in strategic sales, marketing and R&D at senior executive levels.

Sam Hallab has over 35 years’ experience in finance and superannuation. Appointed to the Board in 2016 his expertise in accounting and as a registered company auditor is highly regarded. Sam is also a member of Fiducian’s Audit Risk and Compliance Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

The Board has established a number of committees to assist in the execution of its duties and to allow detailed consideration of important aspects of the business or complex issues. Each committee has its own written charter, which sets out its role and responsibilities, composition, structure, membership requirements and the manner in which the committee operates.
Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee
The Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee is comprised of the non-executive Chairman and the two other non-executive Directors. The Managing Director, (CFO) Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and auditor attend and participate at meetings. The Committee monitors compliance policies and reporting to ensure compliance with obligations imposed by the regulators, the Corporations Act (including compliance with laws relating to Managed Investment Schemes) and the Superannuation law. The Committee also monitors all accounting policies to ensure they comply with accepted accounting standards and practices.
The Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee is comprised of the non-executive Chairman and the two other non-executive Directors. The Committee evaluates the Managing Director using criteria such as business performance, accomplishment of short and long-term strategic objectives and the development of management.
